EOIs are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposit is held in escrow and fully refundable should no allocation be made.

Submit your Expression of Interest with preferred typology, view orientation and contact details.

Verify Identity

Provide a one-time-password verification along with passport / Emirates ID for the reservation file.

EOI Deposit

Pay the booking fee via bank transfer or manager's cheque. Fully refundable if no unit is allocated.

04

Invitation to Book

On allocation, you are invited to a private unit selection, signing of SPA and payment of the 5% down payment.
